“Therefore wait for Me, ” declares יהוה, “until the day I rise up for plunder.

In the pride of his face The wrongdoer does not seek Him, In all his thoughts there is no Elohim!

“Those who trust in idols, who say to the moulded images, ‘You are our mighty ones, ’ shall be turned back, utterly ashamed.

And again He said, “To what shall I compare the reign of Elohim? 🤔

In my hearing יהוה of hosts said, “Truly, many houses shall be a waste – big and fine ones, without inhabitant.

“Of what use shall a carved image be? For its maker has carved it: a moulded image and teacher of falsehood! For the maker trusts what he has made: to make dumb idols!

The fool has said in his heart, “There is no יהוה.” They have done corruptly, They have done an abominable deed, There is no one who does good.
