Resolving Home Assistant Errors

This may go really badly... but that'll be fun to watch, right?
I've been having a lot of errors in my HA logs. I think it is affecting my performance (in all aspects of life). I'm feeling brave, so lets do a deep dive and see if we can weed out where these errors are coming from.
I'm gonna need some help...

@DrZzs Sorry I missed you live. I love watching the bug videos, but my two passions are Home Automation and EV's. I can see multiple ways to use Home Assistant to control functions in the bug, like the lights, air flow control and even basic intelligence. Maybe I am overthinking it lol.

Scene's don't have an On and Off as such. This would need an input boolean. I have that setup. I switch on Movie Time, it triggers the scene and I have conditions on all my other automations to look at the movie input boolean. The other option is an input select. So you can have your various house modes (Away, Movie, Day, Evening or whatever) in an input_select and then have the input_select as a condition. Helpers are stored in the entity storage, not in yaml like automations, so the id doesn't work with helpers.

You can replace the Synology NAS with many alternative solutions if you don't have a NAS.

I kept getting inconsistent presence detection. I find using 104.x version is stable while I am testing latest HA 108.9 in my dev environment. Each home has different setup and using different set of wifi routers. I am using router or wifi, GPS, bluetooth, and HA apps to detect a person but seems inconsistent. NodeRed is my primary automation and I have been tweaking around the method of detection to check every 1 min. Mostly iOS devices. How do you solve presence detection so that it shows there are people at home throughout the day especially during COVID lock downs? I have a few automation based on presence detection and it is going bonkers.
