Peach Bellini
INGREDIENTS
2 white peaches, ripe
Prosecco

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Quarter the peaches and remove the pits.
2. Puree the peach quarters in a blender or food processor.
3. Push the puree through a sieve.
4. Fill champagne glasses ⅓ full with the peach puree.
5. Fill the remaining space with prosecco, gently stir.

Peach Pit! 90210! During filming it was a real place in Pasadena - Ruby's Diner - which was the set location for the show. Now it sells hot pot. Loves me some peach bellini. You know how I really love it? When I'm sipping Grand Canal side in Venice ....
