Keystone Pipeline Could Move Forward

For five years a controversial oil pipeline from Canada to the American Gulf Coast has been held up, but recently the U.S. State Department issued a report that moves the Keystone XL pipeline forward. CCTV's Jessica Stone brings us all details.
