Adafruit Neo Trinkey Serial Control - CircuitPython command parser and NeoPixels

The Neo Trinkey feels like it is begging to be used as a visual indicator. That means it needs a command interface that other programs can use to control it. So that's what I built. You can send patterns down to the device over the USB virtual serial port.
