I've observed that eleven and twelve does not have teen similar to Arabic ahada ashar and ithnaa ashar does not have tah.

Yes plz...! Make video on the grammatical rules of counting with respect to plurals, genders. Etc
Also plz tell the easy ways to remember them, like Mnemonics or the way you remembered it
