Let, x=0.9999... ___ equestion( 1)
Now, X × 10 = 0.9999... × 10 ( multiplying 10 on both sides)
Then, 10x = 9.999..
10x = 9 + x ( from equestion 1
x =0.9999..)
Now, 10x - x = 9
9x = 9
x = 9/9
x = 1 Answer
