The Latest on Hurricane Laura and the Remnants of Marco

Meteorologist Dave Nussbaum says the remnants of Marco bring us rain and a few tornadoes today. Then we watch Hurricane Laura with impacts starting on Wednesday.

Where most people think Marco was no big deal, it actually did the invisible damage by saturating the grounds enough in order for Laura too flood the area before Marcos rains could totally absorb in.
