Leaving Certificate Maths 2020 pp2 Q2

Here, I look at a coordinate geometry of the circle question from Leaving Certificate Maths 2020. The first part deals with finding the distance on a tangent to a circle from the point of contact to another point and the second part looks at finding the equations of two circles.
