Once you’ve read the Prologue in Silent Tongues, you’ll find it hard to stop reading on! I’ve seen a lot of people adding Devil House to their read list for February. The synopsis of Dead Silence reminds me of the movie Ghost Ship, which I thought was a well executed movie with an excellent creepy vibe that was set on an abandoned haunted ocean liner.

I’m on the library wait list for These Silent Woods and looking forward to it, but might have to use an Audible credit instead if I want to read it in 2022!

Dead Silence looks really interesting. I might pick that up next time I go shopping. I recently bought Klara and the Sun. It's science fiction and when goodreads did the awards for 2021 it came in second behind Project Hail Mary, so I wanted to check it out.
