Celtic grant Tottenham permission to speak with Ange Postecoglou

Celtic have granted Ange Postecoglou permission to speak to Tottenham.

Sky Sports News expects talks between Postecoglou and Spurs to take place today.

Celtic have already begun working on Postecoglou's potential successor, with Brendan Rodgers and Jesse Marsch two names in the frame.

Ange has developed an ethos and culture at Celtic that any incoming manager at Celtic has to follow. The board at Celtic are in a great position to be able to say to any incoming manager "this is how we have to play and this is the culture of the club" Any manager that cant accept or meet these conditions does not get the job.

I don't think there's a Celtic fan that begrudges him leaving. The people who are annoyed are annoyed about how 'all in' he claimed to be, only to then turn around and leave. If he'd not said any of that to supporters, I don't think anyone would mind him going.
