I'd love if you could make a video about your yoga journey i.e. how you got started, which practices you started with, how you got better, the difference between all the practices, and your current yoga routine. You're really inspiring me to start yoga but I have no idea how to begin! I've always been into high intensity workouts but lately I've been feeling burnt out and like I need to treat my body with more love and stability instead of putting it under so much stress.
