I am a personal assistant and my client has been using ZOHO in Nashville, TN, to run her restaurant and catering company. My client is now expanding her business to Orlando, Tampa, St Petersburg Fl, Atlanta Ga, Charleston NC, and Austin Texas.

Question: Can her ZOHO account from Nashville be used to merge her other locations of business or would it be best to create separate accounts for each location?

Paul, I've decided to start using Zoho, have a small business, just me currently, and was looking to upgrade to zoho standard as I have more than 1000 contacts to import. But then I stumbled onto Zoho One and Zoho CRM Plus. I'm really struggling to see the difference and need help picking the one that's right for my business. Paul, just went to sign up for Z1 but it sees my email as already being used by the zoho free crm and I do not see Z1 as an upgrade option. Do I have to kill my free account?

Good day, good intro video. I am having an issue with ZOHO and need assistant, I converted LEADS into Contacts and CASE. In leads there is Client Info, which is auto fill after i convert, But in the module Contact which i can create a case is UNABLE to auto fill the CLIENT INFO, each and everytimes i will have the need to fill the CLIENT INFO. So, IS THERE A WAY TO AUTO FILL THE CLIENT INFO when i create a CASE? Please help me with this issue. Thanks.
