Mickey Go Local 2021 - A Disney x elly collection

When we embarked on our Disney x elly collaboration in 2020, we showcased Singapore through the eyes of Mickey in the Road Trip print, from the familiar things we grew up with, like our favourite ice cream cart and the cable car, to contemporary icons like MBS and the Supertrees and Flower Dome. Designing these gave us the chance to tell the story about who we are as a Singapore brand.

Over the 18 months, many of us have spent more time rediscovering our beautiful island home by being a local tourist. So we thought, what better time to launch a full collection celebrating all the places we love in Singapore?

Presenting our #Mickeygolocal 2021 collection - three prints that celebrate our love for Singapore in your favourite dress and shirt styles for kids and now also available for adults, as well as brand new products!
With our first print Vintage Playgrounds, we go back to those carefree days when we as children would gather in the afternoons to play catching and cycle around the playground at with all our neighbours and friends!
Our second print Shophouse is all about revitalisation. By bringing colour to old shophouses, they get a new lease of life! We love how places like Joo Chiat and Haji Lane have a new energy while retaining their traditional charms.

Finally, we’ve brought back our classic Road Trip Mickey in red! This print completes our Mickey Go Local collection as it brings together both the old and new!

Apart from these new prints, #MickeyGoLocal also features new products! For the first time, elly is making hooded robes for pool time! These terry robes are perfect for the upcoming school holidays! It’s also the perfect gift you could send to overseas friends or family you’ve not been able to meet these past two years, to give them a slice of Singapore wherever they may be!
