I have a suggestion, could you do a review on the Arirang Samick guitar model seg1000? The one with the natural wooden looking glossy body, because I genuinely cannot find a single person reviewing it, I believe it is just not popular enough and I'd love it if you could review it and hear your honest opinion on it!

I agree with everything you've said about Made in Japan guitars and I do think Vola guitars look fantastic but I still prefer my MIJ Ibanez RG guitars because of the specs. Especially the skinny but wide neck, the 17" radius fretboard, jumbo frets and the classic Edge double-locking vibrato system. I think the Volas are a potentially great alternative to the AZ line, though!

I have the new Maui blue MIJ tele with the most gorgeous almost completely black rosewood fret board, and not one tooling mark or paint imperfections.

Shoutout to Vola for being absolute madlads earlier this spring by making the decision to lower their prices, and sell direct to the customer.

This is the kind of company that puts their customers first, and deserves to be supported. Not only that, their build quality is top notch. Highly recommend.

I've played an oz and really liked it, but I'm not conviced they are full assembled in Japan and that is why they are cheaper. The website dances around where they are made and only broadly says their MIJ line and signatures without defining what those are. Yet, Vola guitars are shipped out of a warehouse in Hong Kong China... Perhaps Vola can chime in on that.
