But why 4 energy weapons? Is it to more quickly get max procs of cold hearted?

How about creating an extended video guide? As someone that does not play sto regular it is kind of hard getting into torpedo builds.
I know there are different builds, but maybe a starter build (with money saving options) and some normal builds? Maybe a series not only for tec?
There are some torpedo guides, but they are mostly old.
