Due to rate cuts the housing finance companies shares like lichfl shares may do well.Already they are at low price of 5% discount this week and attractive at low Rs.674. And also LICHFL is government backed share. Since the lending rates will be reduced housing Industry will boom and new flats and houses will be built in large numbers since for the last few years due to high lending rate the shares of this sector like LICHFL not increased. So is this the correct time to buy LICHFL which may go upto 1000 this year I think.
