Dear Teacher, thank you so much for posting this video. I have a 7.5 year old daughter who is learning Etude for the last 4 weeks, and while I understand it is a process where the technique learned is more important than the number of different songs a student is able to play, a really would like to have this peace ready for her teacher when we resume class on 9/8/15. We were stuck on learning the 2nd finger scale and thanks to you I now feel comfortable to practice it with her as well as 3rd finger scale. So thank you, thank you, thank you. xoxo

Thanks for doing the video in a way you can see the LEFT hand I am an older student returning with dyslexia and it really helps me a lot in the beginning learning phase of the song.

I am an adult student who started playing again after twenty years. Was doing fine until I broke my left wrist and fingers July 2021. Just starting again. I notice you seem to be playing with the upper half of the bow. I never know where to start in the bow. Any advice or tips? Thanks !!

I've only had two violin lessons and I'm trying to figure out the whole "moving the 2nd finger". When you play A3 do you not use you second finger? And when it's A2 you move it close to your first finger?

the E should be played with 4th finger on A string. Its also written in the Suzuki book.

In my book they say I should keep hold the 1st finger and place the other fingers
Should i do that?
It too hard with that note that they say
