BW Master in Speech-Language Pathology

The Speech- Language Pathology program enables recent college grads to jumpstart their careers through innovative coursework, professional mentoring, hands-on projects with real-world organizations in and around the city of Cleveland.

All students enrolled in the master’s program will participate in diverse and challenging clinical experiences that incorporate a wide range of communication disorders and settings. Through the BW Speech Clinic and partnering community organizations, BW SLP students provide speech, language and hearing services to clients under the supervision of licensed and certified speech-language pathologists.

In combination with our holistic approach to learning, BW's Master of Speech-Language Pathology program prepares you to affect meaningful and progressive change through mindful engagement as global citizens within the greater community, as well as effectively serving those with disabling communication impairments.

Through combining comprehensive clinical practice, service learning, and classroom rigor, the SLP program will prepare you to enter this in-demand field where you will experience extensive and rewarding opportunities working in a variety of health care, education, agency, and private practice settings.
