THANK YOU! Was stuck on the sqlite3 error for a while and the github link you provided wasn't working BUT if you switch to Git Bash, it works perfectly!

Thanks a lot! I was having problem with sqlite. I must reinstall ruby with a more stable version and configure my antivirus, finally it works.

Thankyou so much. I faced a lot of problems as I was following a course on coursera in which the guy made me install the older version of ruby from a combined package installer. I had to like install all these things ruby, rails, git independently now but finally it is working. If you guys get webpacker not installed error then simply just install nodejs and yarn. That will do.
