There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Spreading a small amount of grafts over a large area just doesn't do the trick when it comes to hair. Natural and healthy hair is thick & dense. To give this appearance requires either one of two things:
1. A large amount of grafts over a large area
2. A smaller amount of grafts over a small area
