Agree completely. It was absolutely awful.

Halloween Ends was alright, its actually refreshing to see something different instead of the same shtick of Michael Myers killing people on Halloween, and for the fans, they get some of that at the end so I don't get the majority of the complaints that this movie gets and on a side note if you are going to call something bad or it has badly written you should go into detail and explain on why is that so, you are trashing peoples work that took 1 year to make in 1:47 minutes, have some decency and put some effort into your review.

I think Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers is pretty bad. And Halloween Resurrection is just awful. And of course Halloween Kills is even worse than Halloween Ends. Halloween kills is one of the worst written of them all.

It was absolute garbage. Grew up on this character and have every movie in the franchise but this Trilogy. What was Green and Danny McBride thinking? Aside from the first film being good, it was all down hill from there. The marketing of this final installment set huge expectations. As a result, I couldn't believe this was the trash we were given. They should cancel this movie and reshoot the whole thing. So incredibly disappointing.

It's actually one of the best sequels in the series. How in the world anyone could say it's worse than a majority of the movies in this series is beyond me.

Agree. Definitely one of the worst in the series.

The worst of all the movies? I would bet money of this woman having not seen half of them then.

This pathetic excuse for a review doesn't bother to explain what the problem is with the plot. Being something new and fresh and about a different character (Corey) who may or may not be succumbing to some Michael Myers-style darkness is exactly the point. So many reviewers seem to be saying that the originality of this movie is the problem, as though they want to see exactly the same film every time. Well I'm a Halloween fan and I don't. I appreciate new stories and new directions.

Frankly this is the only Halloween movie that sparked a philosophical debate between me and my partner about the characters' motivations and the nature of evil.

So, ignore the critics who are bashing it and go see it. For me, it's the best of the new trilogy.
