Wanted some Bounty vibes and adjusted the viral date bark recipe a little 🤤 healthy, sugar-free and delicious!
Coconut Date Bark:
•24 fresh juicy dates
•2-3 Tbsp almond butter
•Handful shredded coconut
•80 g melted dark chocolate
•Pink Himalayan salt
Remove the seeds from the dates and place them on a parchment paper close to each other. Using another parchment paper on top of the dates crush them down with a glass. Remove the paper, cover dates with almond butter, then shredded coconut and press gently with your palm so that the coconut sticks to the almond butter. Then add melted chocolate and finally sprinkle some salt on top. Place into the freezer for at least 30 min. Then break into bite size pieces and enjoy straight away or store in the freezer.
