Oregon is home to the Springfield from 'The Simpsons'

The "real" Springfield is located in Oregon. Creator of the hit show "The Simpsons" even signed a plaque proclaiming the city is the "real" one. If you visit you can go on an unofficial self-guided tour and see lots of "Simpson" murals and even a life-size recreation of the infamous living room.
