We first took our children to see Yanni when they were 8 and 6 years old. They are now 23 and 21 and still listen to him. We have seen Yanni a total of 3 times as a family and we still talk about the performances. Our son has since gone on to be Director of Music at our parish and plays piano and organ. Our daughter played the Oboe in junior and high school becoming 1st chair. I attribute their love a music to seeing Yanni on PBS the first time and letting them experience his magic in person. I wish that every child had the resources to see fine music and art. Yanni is the best.

Every morning my cd-player starts "Tribute" as my wake-up  and hope and strength giving music. The most beautiful music man can ever make. No lyrics needed and only the voices of the ladies. All is done by the virtuosity of Yanni"s orchestra musiciens. My ears and brain are every time soothened by this wonderful music. Thanks so much, Yanni !!!!

The Oboe lady needed more screen time!!! The aria Alfreda sings is par excellance!!! The violin maestro is sublime and evocative. This whole album is superb, and "Tribute"and "Deliverance" are my personal favorites!
