The subtitles say that the girl saying "I didn't do it, believe me!" is named Osha. This all but confirms the twin thing.

Fun fact. The lightsaber whip is in fact, not very efficient in combat vs another lightsaber. The user must concentrate their force skill on managing the limp energy blade. Leaving them wide open to large scale force attacks or another lightsaber wielder with much more experience.

This whip is exotic, but its advantage comes from the initial confusion of being confronted with it. That hesitation will cost you your life against a whip.
