Changing the Cam in the 143 Cubic Inch Monster Milwaukee 8

In this video I change the cam in a 2018 CVO RoadGlide with a 143 cubic inch motor that was built in a previous video. The new cam has about 0.060" more lift. So, I use a new technique to check piston to valve clearance without disassembling the rocker boxes. Thanks for Watching

Excellent video and companion explanations. I don’t have an M8, but I do have a Twin Cam, S&S Evolution and S&S Shovelhead and the shop craft, tool craft and care & patience transfers between all… nice work!

Enjoy and learn alot from your videos.. definitely think the D&D and bigger throttle body would help achieve that goal

Great video. What was the power gain vs the CR cam?

Very very good. But I would get a custom camshaft made. From comp cams. Youse a solid roller cam from VThunder They will design you a killer profile for your bore and stroke and cfm lifts on your head with compression ratio. That’s what I Yoused. I made 201hp 216 torque. It’s got lots lots potential
