Nonpoint 'There's Going To Be A War' -Drum Cover Trey B

Alright, so - #Nonpoint #drumcover? Another band that hasn't been done on this channel (muh bad). I went back and forth with doing In the Air, What A Day or Bullet With A Name..........I'll maybe come back to those. This track - "There's Going To Be A War" - is not anywhere near as known as those but it always got my attention from a drumming perspective. Drum wise, it certainly ain't exact. I gave it a going over but I've been enjoying not trying to lick-for-lick songs. Now as far as I know, #Robbrivera has been the drummer from jump street. If anybody has some interesting facts on others who have been in and out, drop it in the comments but I'm fairly sure Robb has remained a constant. He is a b-e-a-s-t-l-y hitter and even though we've only met in passing (me taking my shit down as fast as I could to get out of their way 😂😂😂), he was very chill and a working man's drummer. Robb does the sideways set up look and I personally dig the shit out of that. It lets the audience see what all is going on. I hope you're weekend is straight titties (meaning going great) and you get Monday off to chill or spend time with those you love. I hope to do both this Monday if at all possible without forgetting our men and women in uniform. We'll never know them all, but we OWE them all. Absolutely love that quote. Appreciate y'all!!!!

Some of the gear used is DW Drums, mics, lights, computer, New Balance shoes (yeah, we can talk about it if ya have to) and - hey, what do you think about the LARS China set up? Huh??? Oh yeah - I went there with a damn Sabian! The reason is because I fully expect a rep WAY up the chain with Sabian cymbals to probably never see this or if they do see it, they won't care thus leaving me in the same position I'm in now which is paying for fuckin' cymbals from Zildjian. But - that Sabian is old as hell and it's NEVER been broken. So I am rethinking the next cymbal purchase 💪💪🤘🤘
