I'm not getting it to work, I installed py, when I click on dlcIndex.py, it opens the window and closes quickly; have some way to make it work?

where to download the ext and the orbis pub cmd exe ? thats missing thats why it dont work on me

i create dlc with that for the fake pkg game dying light ...i install them for debugs settings without errors... but when i enter in the game... nothing happen... the dlc dont appear...
