I tried out a new setup for my microphone. Can you hear the difference? Does it sound worse or better?

I loved it! for me it was a slow slow burn and both characters evolved and got clarity as the movie progressed, also Grace character resonated for me as an ethnic girl. Carter was intelligent and considerate while battling his own issues. Loved it.

I enjoyed the movie. Pretty much disagree with your review.

That's a fair, honest review. I suppose I liked the movie more than you precisely because the Grace character is so awkward and cringe-inducing. She's typical of many females who are looking for love and connection with a decent guy but just can't seem to execute and stay the course. I suppose the Carter character would normally go after a girl that's more like that hotel front desk clerk but the movie depicts an unusual, chance set of events that bring the two together. Perhaps the Carter character does feel a bit sorry for Grace - a handsome pro athlete wouldn't normally have trouble finding female admirers and bedding them if he wanted to. But in this instance perhaps amidst all the uncomfortableness and confusion that is Grace, there is also a certain charm and decency that he picks up on. Maybe a guy like Carter hasn't really known a 'Jane Austen- -reading female before. I liked how the movie was a dip into romance and the ending reflected the reality of most chance encounters. This movie reminded me of another obscure, independent romance film from the UK -- Forget Me Not with Tobias Menzies and Genevieve O'Reilly. The two meet and the romance takes place all over London. It's not a rom com and certainly not a masterpiece but I found it an enjoyable watch.
