Nice reminder to start evaluating, cleaning and storing items for the next season. I forget and then wonder why I am trying to shove items in my dresser and closet😅
2:11: I’m working remotely now, so I have more time for self care. I now keep a nail brush in the shower and give my heels, feet and toe-nails a good scrub daily. I detest the dirt that accumulates after on day of wearing sandals.

Lots to do in self care. I like that book and I think I'll get it. You reminded me to drink more water. I like sparkling water. I drink a lot of lime Perrier. I like to drink water in the morning to begin to flush out my system. And I like to walk on my local football field track. Hopefully I can get back to a regular routine. Spring is almost here!

The past year completely changed my daily routine. Detailed skin care has made such a difference and I LOVE the avocado facial - so nourishing. I developed nail care and polish skills that I had not done since a teenager!! I honestly can't see myself paying those prices again now that home self-care is part of my lifestyle. I'm seriously considering the silicone patches for my nasolabial folds - yuk. That definitely has to be addressed! Please keep us updated on your results with long term use?!!
