This is one of my favorite matcha recipes!! 🍵✨

Tiramisu foam ( 2 servings)
☕️ 2 oz heavy cream
☕️ 2 oz milk
☕️ 2 Tbsp mascarpone
☕️ 2 tsp sugar or to taste

Add everything in a bowl or glass and use a frother to mix until thick and frothy. Set aside

Matcha Tiramisu latte
☕️ 6 oz milk
☕️ 2 oz water + 2 tsp matcha powder
☕️ vanilla syrup or amaretto syrup
☕️ tiramisu foam
☕️ matcha powder for dusting

Prepare matcha shot by adding water and matcha in a bowl. Whisk until no clumps and frothy. Set aside. In a glass, add ice, syrup and milk. Add matcha shot then top with tiramisu foam. Add matcha powder on top. Enjoy!
