Wow! No more bowls and plastic wrap for me!
Update: just discovered that with this folded flat, it is perfect to use as a tray to put all of your food on to take to the grill!
I will start off by saying this is much bigger in person than I thought it would be. You can easily marinate 2 briskets, or 3-4 racks of ribs in this container. I have been using a glass bowl and plastic wrap to marinate in for years. However, doing it that way you have to cut rib racks in half to fit them in the bowl. This thing can handle full St. Louis racks with ease. I love that it is collapsible (exactly like the portable dog bowls you see everywhere that fold down flat)
No complaints at all, with summer coming up quick, this will be getting a ton of use! 5 stars!!!
