If you use a Capture Card through screen duplicate, it will consume approximately 7-15% more graphics card resources, causing a real decrease in FPS. What I recommend is not to use screen duplicate and instead, disconnect your monitor from your graphics card and connect it to the Out slot of the Capture Card. This will prevent any decrease in FPS in your games.

Interesting, so for PC there seems to be no point as the built in nvenv pretty much does everything.
