"Solkadhi "is a refreshing appetizer drink originated in the Konkan region, Maharashtra. Solkadhi is made of Kokum Extract that is known as an Agal, Coconut milk and flavored with Garlic and Cumin. Konkani or Malvani cuisine is little spicy and solkadhi gives soothing effect after hot and spicy yet very delicious meal. Also, kokum helps in digestion process.
Solkadhi is served chilled or lukewarm.
