His IQ is a billion. He’s consistently marketing his music different ways and is marketing it by making videos on marketing his own song. Youre way ahead of the game patrick.

I think you should have specific terms when hitting up people. For example, they need to keep the video up for a week. Pay half now and half when the 1 week is over. Also add some incentives so like, if they hit a certain amount of views, they get an addition X amount of money (this will ensure they upload the video at a time when their fans are most on tik tok, and will ensure they push it on their insta accounts too). It'll just help make sure they put a bit more into their efforts.

As a fellow musician who also makes music sometimes we got to realize that we just don't make 'viral' music. We make music that feeds our soul but doesn't always feed into 'trends' and 'tiktok'. Sometimes it's okay to accept that we are regular musicians. Because lets be honest, if your main gig is not making music chances are your music is not going to be that viral thing because if it was, you and I wouldn't be making Youtube videos. Like there are so many musicians making more money from selling music promotion and advertising courses than they are from their actual music and that's because their music, probably like mine, is average or even if it's above average it's not 'ground breaking'. Like I make death metal music and the truth is while I think it's great and my fans think it's great it's not great enough that it puts me along with the top tier of artists in the genre. And i feel this is the case with most musicians who are on Youtube talking and making videos about music promotion and strategies and music marketing etc etc. Of course in your case you have nearly 100k monthly listeners on Spotify, how many people can say that? Not many I reckon. And while I'm not a fan of the style of music you create I can appreciate all your hardwork and I think your Youtube videos are absolutely killer! You really keep things real and props for that! \m/

Most successful entrepreneurs failed miserably before their succes started hitting. It takes time and it's all part of the plan. The thing is to just not give up. Keep your head up Patrick. I respect you for documenting the whole process.

Fall Damage could easily go into Among Us territory. The crack sound reminds me of the kill splat of a drive by kill before the crewmate falls to an Imposter. "Fall Damage"

I think it just shows that viral tik-tok's is the ones that people believe in when they do them.
Like Rosie, who was really excited to do this tik-tok, as well as Austin. They liked the song and they believed in idea, and people feel it. That's why it was 2 best tik-toks on this song.
And when someone do tik-tok just because he needs to (because he get paid) and not because he liked the song and everything, people feel it too.

Why don’t you just tell all your followers to do a dance to your beat. There would be like thousands of videos and it will help it make it a trend.

I think Moving Risky is more of a TikTok worthy song. Fall Damage wasn’t catchy enough, in my opinion. No hate on the song itself, just you need something that will catch people’s attention in just a few seconds.

I think the error made was the under capitalized use of the crack sound. The "crack" is like the punchline of the dance so videos should end with that leaving the viewer with an abrupt stop which could be hilarious.

The video with the viewer reaction in the background was a good start but what should have happened was the influencer falls over at the crack sound and we dramatically zoom in on background girl. End of video.

For the mashup content, you need to mashup on songs that emphasize your punchline. So something that tells a narrative that leads to fall damage.

I have other ideas but this comment is long enough so let me know of you need more creative direction. Overall, continue to trust your instincts and don't be afraid to get specific in your vision.

I realized that this video talking about your strategies to promote your songs on TikTok, is itself a promoting strategy 😂 Keep going mate, I like your videos (and we can see how much effort and time you put on them)

Hi, I have to say I respect your hustle . You put A LOT of Time and effort into this. Spreadsheets, researching, networking . I really think you have a great idea. It’s just the type of thing that you have to keep trying until the ONE song that sticks on Tik tok all it takes is ONE song to blow up . Don’t give up!!

I love these types of videos. I'm a marketing student so they actually give a lot of insight on how to take advantage of social trends and also give me a lot of creativity when trying to think of other strategies for school projects. and I'm not technically slacking if your videos on topic lol. much love.
