Stocks are falling and bond yields are rising, but markets still don’t seem convinced the Federal Reserve will pursue plans to keep increasing interest rates until inflation is under control. I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $117k stocck portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this bear market?

Sorry but I have to call nonsense on the idea of rents coming down. I've been a renter for 30 years. I've rented in 3 different states and several different cities. Never, not one time, have I seen rent go down.

Genuine question: has she been right at least once in the past 2 years? I can't remember a time she was but I could be completely wrong here

I'm favoured only God knows how much I praise Him, $230k every 4weeks! I now have a big mansion and can now afford anything and also support God’s work and the church.

The Fed's bombshell announcement have investors extremely concerned. I'm not sure what to do with my $600, 000 portfolio yet. because we may not enter a recession, and even if the Fed is hawkish, interest rates may not be raised further.

Investing after a rate cut can be good because it usually boosts economic growth, leading to higher corporate profits and stock prices. Plus, lower rates can make stocks more appealing compared to fixed-income investments. Analysts are wrong and I truly hope other investors realizes this..

The market and the Fed consistently underestimate the sticky nature of inflation. The markets are still unsure if the Federal Reserve will continue to its plan to raise interest rates until inflation is under control, despite the fact that bond yields are rising while stock prices are falling. What is the greatest strategy to take advantage of the current bear market while I'm still deciding whether to sell my $465k worth of stocks?

I’m moving to the Tennessee area next year in April. Been looking at rentals first as I’m holding off on purchasing a home because the homes are overvalued in markets there by over 25%. With the rates and prices, it’s cheaper to rent a home than purchase. I’ll wait for the economy, the real economy unfold next year as we have more layoffs and real numbers being reported, not those bogus, fake numbers

Some economists are worried that the policies of Trump 2.0 will prove to be inflationary, with persistent pricing pressures causing me to panic, I’m unsure if I should hold or sell off stocks in my $180, 000 portfolio.

First of all, this whole economic chaos was powered by optimism that the FED is done with hiking interest rates. Now that interest rate crash is the situation, where do we go from here? How would you advise I safely allocate $250k funds at this point?

The Fed's talk of interest rate cut leaves me pondering what stocks to buy now and when do I sell? I'm unsure how to properly allocate my money to achieve an optimal portfolio in this present economy, my goal is huge for retirement.

The Federal Reserve was created in 1913 by act of Congress. It is not enshrined in the Constitution. So Congress can vote out the act and eliminate the post. She is correct the president cannot unilaterally remove him. Overall a very good episode. Thanks.
