Hi, Ive been taking the spore biotic for about a month and then switched to the the prebiotic after about a month. I noticed towards the end of the month I was getting increased allergies. I switched to the prebiotic and have been using that for about 2-3 weeks along with the mega mucosa. I'm getting really bad allergies now and wondering should I go back to the megaspore?

How big of a scoop are we talking for megamucosa? It doesn’t come with a scooper and the serving size says 5grams 🤔
