They arent patching it, the memo was a response to the cry babies wanting it fixed. Hence why they used the term baby bumps..lol if it was a real glitch it would have been patched. However they Will be fixing the upgrade item spawn algorithm soon as it is broken.

Rocket Launchers work just as well, as well as a Titan's Pulse Grenade, as it provides a similar effect to the Warlock's Solar Grenade in the Templar fight. It kind of works in the Atheon fight; in my experience its a hit and miss thing.

I'm glad this method is getting patched out because it diminishes the value of level 30 by still being a viable method. That said, I'm glad I was able to be a part of doing it once so I could have the experience. I'd feel bad if we had not already completed it 5 times legit first.
