The Bad Batch Season 2 Episode 5 had an AWESOME reference to Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, as it showed a creature which was clearly of Zeffo design. We'll talk that and more on today's Star Wars lore video!

The Zeffo were force sensitive but they had a different view of the force comapired to the Jedi, I love it when ST explores other force related religions like The Nighsiteres Magic, Magina from SW visions, Zeffo’s Life Wind, etc.

The Zeffo were force sensitive and it’s a little-know fact but they were actually huge fans of the game Pokémon Legends: Arceus, which they saw in visions of the future, informing the design of their largest, most destructive war machines.

The Zeffo split into two factions. One that followed the Light Side of the Force, and one that followed the Dark Side of the Force. The conflict between these two factions drove the Zeffo into extinction.

If all this ends up being is a little throwaway Easter egg, it's pretty cool. But, if this ep ends up having bigger implications... either in Bad Batch, or even beyond... it's could be amazing.

Betting you have to fight one of those big walkers in Jedi: Survivor (or possibly have to get inside and shut it down as you might not last long in a fight against that thing). Pretty cool connection.

I really wish they'd dive more into the deeper aspects of Star Wars lore. Hell, maybe show some battles between the Zeffo and the Rakata, maybe even throw the Iokath into the mix.

Well the machine is interesting because it gets activated by greedyness and selfishness and gets destroyed once you decide to give up on your own selfishness. Since the entire planet was killed the last time someone activated it, you can safely assume that the last person didn't put the crystal back.

The machine teaches you hard lessons about selfishness. It's related to the force yes but it's more neutral in the force than really darkside like.

The Interior also reminded me a little of "The world between worlds" (which is rumoured to be coming back in live action). Could "the world between worlds" be Zeffo technology incorporated into a Jedi Temple?
