They didn’t explain that ATS screens for the key tools and skills in job descriptions matching a resume... so if the company wrote “Microsoft Office” in the description, but it’s not on your resume, the ATS will mark it as a missing skill- lowering your chances of making it in front of a recruiter in the first place.

Okay I’ll just go put my resume in the trash now ! 🚮... one job I applied for recently the lady doing interviews said 580 people applied with resumes..omg could you imagine this after watching this video.. (and no I didn’t get the job ..some 2 years old in diapers, just out of college got it. Now Making $78, 000 a year)
