Brush your teeth with a soft toothbrush everday, floss at night. And shower AT LEAST every other day! Basic Hygiene! If you have dry skin they have organic lotions and Eczema cream.

I mean if u dont smell and dont feel dirty I guess it's fine. For me I need 2 shower every day if I sweat. Also I'm with Fuslie on this one I overthink showering if I know Im gonna sweat soon anyway.
