I read his book "On Killing". A very good analysis of what it takes to make a killer. Problem is, this guy is a psychopath himself and uses his knowledge to train police to see civilians as enemies and moving targets.

This training is perfect for training SOLDIERS for war.
It has no place in training police officers. Too many cops behave like they are an occupying force in the community and not, by the very DEFINITION of their job, to serve the community.
