Damn did this part break me some when I saw it the first time. If you know Fudo's background and how he came to be, it hurts even more. Went from a tyrannical monster who was feared, but overcame it after meeting a child who was caring for puppies, then turned around to become this gentle giant who protected the innocent, particularly children. And he was one of the very few people, that Raoh feared and had difficulty facing. Even going so far as to order his men to strike him down with arrows should he retreat, but his men didn't listen and fired for Fudo instead.

Man, R.I.P. Fudo, when I first saw the character while getting into Hokuto No Ken? I always thought he was more like a gentle giant than a mindless brute when I first saw him :(
