Age CAUGHT UP with the owner, leaving this yard UNTOUCHED for 5 YEARS

I found this lawn in a small town where it seemed like everything needed help. I knocked on the door with no answer, but spoke with the neighbor across the street to get some more info. He told me the owners moved out 5 years ago and have just been getting too old to keep up with it. They live a few hours away and city never mows the grass. So, I thought I could spend a little bit of time making it look better for the neighborhood and help the owners out the best that I can.

Besides being a great mower/edger, SB is SMART! Uses a 'grabber' to pick up trash--> no accidental needle sticks/back injury prevention AND has ingenuity to problem solve issues that arise during each job. Love watching you...continue to stay smart, stay safe!

If the man that owned those homes was still living in one of them, he would get charged for having an overgrown lawn. But since he abandoned them the town doesn't seem to care about them. Instead of helping him and getting the lawns cut at least. But glad we have people like Spencer who make the neighborhoods look amazing.
