I like to theme the hallways for where they lead to, the one that goes to my wither skele farm has wither skulls around its entrance, the hall to my gold farm is made from gold blocks, the hall to my iron farm is made from iron block, etc

Love that hub! I would also recommend building square/rectangle (as you have)... sometimes circles are a lot harder to deal with in hubs.

4:25 Well, actually, i believe making each hallway look slightly different will help people know where to go.
In my base, I made the an entrance to my Storage Room, and another to my Farm look totally the same. They are also directly in front of each other so sometimes i go to the wrong door and have to go back. I ended up putting Banners on the entrance so I get less mixups.

I'm glad for this video! The tips are good, but the highlight I'm most interested in is mob-proofing, particularly against ghasts. I do plan in my design to have "nearby" locations (gates visible from my central location) on the same floor plane. I am also planning to cover the floor with ice, so I will have to have four blocks distant between all lights and my floor. The advantage: mobs won't spawn on the transparent ice, and boats can go crazy fast to the more distant points and back.

I'll work with it, and I still need to send to you images of the barn I built using advance from several of your other videos. Thanks!

I think your netherhub is fully spawn proof. The Zombie-Pigmen is just generated with netherportalblocks. Overworld-Gold-Farms use this mechanic :)
