With his full-length opera triptych IL TRITTICO, Giacomo Puccini presents a spectacular panorama of Italian opera: between deadly tragedy and Dante's comedy, sex and crime, suffering, penance, greed and the grotesque.
The directorial team around Pınar Karabulut is interested in the connecting elements of these extremes and gets very close to the characters with its typical visual language. We´re so excited.
Premiere is on 30 September with follow-up performances on 2/6/8/13/17 Oct and 9/14 Dec 2023.
