Great use of what most people would consider waste. I've got a batch going now it's been strained and just gave it a taste definitely turning to vinegar. On another video I watched they fed the scraps to the chickens after straining.

I love Honey Crisp apples! But I've never heard of dehydrating watermelon. Because watermelon is about 99% water I can't imagine dehydrating it. But I believe you when you say it's good! I love Moon & Stars watermelon!😊🍉🍎🍏🍎🍏

The metal lid on the canning jar is a bad idea. (ACV is mildly acidic and will start to break down that metal.) A plastic lid or a glass saucer with a weight on top if it would be better.

Soo many uses for ACV. I’ve been researching using ACV on sheep with scours. I’ve never seen ACV made. Very cool to see. Seeds don’t harm anything? I was wondering how you’d get mother started.
