Is it time to revisit the Administrative Procedure Act? If so, how should it be updated? On November 15, 2018, the Federalist Society's Administrative Law & Regulation Practice Group and the Regulatory Transparency Project hosted a showcase panel on "What is Regulation for?".

Americans are sick of having our lives micromanaged by unelected bureaucrats who are out of touch and unaccountable. Hamburg and Epstein were brilliant they made the panel very entertaining to listen to.
