Found Hello Friend Halloumi here in Australia. So good! Even squeaks when you eat it. Shame the machine they were making it on broke, from overuse. So no Halloumi for me for awhile.

When you are iron deficient, dr recommends eating more dark leafy greens. I haven’t been deficient since going plant based. Also my b12 was always low until going PB.

Recently, I tried Amy's vegan pizza. It was pretty tasty, but mostly because I added salt and "nootch" (otherwise it was a little bland). I'm really dying to try Miyokos, but I can't get it in walking distance to me. 😞

Me and my family are originally from Poughkeepsie NY and my brother has lived in Norway for 10 years now and I have to ship him Franks Red Hot Sauce because they don’t carry it there and me needs his Franks! Lol

Violife is available in Milwaukee WI through on the bus cafe in downtown Milwaukee public market. I also tasted it at mke vegan fest last year out here in so.wi.
I'm pretty positive it's available to purchase from on the bus and online via violife 😆

Help me please, I bought a brown box of "CHOCOLATE LIQUER CHERRIES" from Trader Joes but I don't know if they have bone char in them. I called the company from their websites' phone number and asked if the sugar on the chocolate liquer cherries had bone char -On the ingredients section it just said sugar. The person who recieved my called said they weren't sure and they couldn't give me a number or further information. You guys are pro's, it would be awesome if you could help me out. I'd really appreciate it, thanks.
